Rachael Rae Roberts | Founder + Principal Designer
Rachael was born & raised in Arizona, where she attended college and studied graphic design. She moved to Los Angeles and earned her degree in design from FIDM. After working in the interior design industry for a number of years, Rachael opened 3R Interiors and has been growing the business for over five years. She loves to travel, try interesting and exciting foods, and spend time with her twin daughters.
Sarah Burgan | LEAD Designer + PROJECT MANAGER
Sarah is an Austin native and UT alum. She moved to the Bay Area to pursue a degree in furniture design and woodworking, and it was there that she developed a passion for textiles, collectible design, and culinary epicurism. When she isn't designing interiors, you can find her renovating her new home and making ridiculously unnecessary amounts of pillows.
JADE JORDAN | ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
Jade is also an Austin native and received her degree in Interior Design from the School of Architecture at the University of Texas. She has had a passion for design since she was a little girl, and is inspired by the industry’s impact on community and our everyday lives. She loves spending time with family, reading, trying new restaurants in the city, and watching a good crime documentary.
